Join Caroline Jones and Fiona Freshney from Devon Biodiversity Records Centre early next month to learn more about the bats, birds, butterflies, mines and forests of the Tamar Valley.
This family-friendly biodiversity stroll will lead walkers through the landscape around the Tamar Trails Centre that has been shaped by its industrial past. Walkers will learn how this may have affected the wildlife that lives here today.
The walk is approximately 3 kilometres and includes some steep climbs.
The Biodiversity Stroll takes place on Saturday, July 9, 10am – 12.30pm. Please meet at the Beech Tree Café, Tamar Trails Centre, near Gulworthy.
Booking is essential for this event on 01822 835030 or [email protected]
