MEMBERS of a WI group have been hard at work at their sewing machines making scrubs for local care home staff.

Members of Pensilva WI created overalls, and the bags to put them in, to be given to Pengover House in Liskeard.

A spokesperson for the group said: ’There are 11 of us with working from home. At the moment we are busy making face masks for anyone in the community wanting them.’
