TOMORROW’S (Friday’s) Cornish Times recipe comes from popular television chefs Si King and Dave Myers, aka the Hairy Bikers.

They say their recipe for Vegetable Garden Risotto, from their new British Classics cookbook, is ‘a go-to supper dish throughout the year’ and features ‘lots of beautiful British veggies’, plus asparagus and parmesan shavings can be used to lift the flavour and the inclusion of mint oil adds a finishing touch.
