THIS week’s Cornish Times recipe comes from TV celebrity chef and cookery writer Tom Kerridge, who has published a new book aiming to make people fall back in love with cooking dishes from scratch.
He says that his recipe for Butternut Squash Pasta Bake is rich and creamy and ‘could easily become a firm favourite at home’. He adds that it is good for freezing and eating later too.
