THIS week’s Cornish Times recipe comes from cookery book writer Ella Risbridger and is the title dish from her new book Midnight Chicken.
It is so called because she and her partner cooked it late one memorable evening. She says it is full of lovely garlicky juices and is delicious when enjoyed with bread and wine.
