The weather tomorrow (New Year’s Eve) is expected to start cloudy but heavy rain will arrive by lunchtime. However, this should clear giving showers in the afternoon and a dry evening in time for the New Year festivities.

New Year’s Day will be mostly damp with rain and strong winds later.
