The next event in Liskeard and District Museum’s ‘Walks and Talks’ series will take in some of the town centre’s historic buildings.

Volunteer Brian Oldham will be leading the guided walk on Thursday (August 10).

Meet outside the museum, in Pike Street, at 7.30pm for a stroll around the town centre, stopping at a variety of buildings to hear a little about their history.

Tea and coffee will be served at the museum at 8.30pm, when there will also be a chance to look at the exhibitions.
