Two sets of twins at Liskeard School and Community College have been hailed as ‘Likeard’s Tremendous Twins’ after achieving impressive grades in their A-level and GCSE assessments.
The first set of twins, Ollie and Will Trevarthen, both achieved three A*s in their A-levels in Maths, Further Maths and Physics. Both are now off to Bristol University, with Will opting to study for a degree in in Maths, and Ollie choosing to do a combination of Maths and Physics.
Not to be outdone, the second set of twins, Kyle and Dylan Profit, achieved a staggering 20 grade 9s in their GCSEs. Both Kyle and Dylan have enrolled in Liskeard School and Community College’s sixth form to start their A-level studies.
Headteacher Alex Lingard said: “All four young men have worked exceptionally hard throughout their school years and it is wonderful to see their efforts being rewarded with such amazing results.”
