The latest Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Turkey Meatballs in Tomato Sauce and comes from singer Jessie Ware and her mum Lennie’s new recipe book entitled Table Manners: The Cookbook.

Jessie, who is noted for such music albums as Devotion and Tough Love and the single ‘Wildest Moments’, says her turkey meatballs are ‘light as a feather’. She says they also seem to make people so relaxed that they ‘invite confession’ – she says that after eating them her singer/songwriter friend Sam Smith admitted that at one time he thought Mexico was in Spain!

So pick up this delicious recipe in this week’s Cornish Times, in shops from today (Friday), and pass your extra time spent at home with a bit of cookery.
