Three parishioners from St Mary's Church at Sheviock have started a month-long pilgrimage from Exeter Cathedral. Sisters Fiona and Angie Harvey and Daphne Dickens are walking to Sheviock to commemorate the 750th anniversary of the journey made by Bishop Bronescombe to consecrate their church in 1259. The trio will follow the journey of the bishop from Exeter to Cornwall where he went as far west as Truro.
