Liskeard Methodist Church features 26 Christmas trees which have been

decorated by a number of organisations as part of a Community Tree Festival.

The church is open today (Saturday) for the public to view the trees, between 10am and 12.30pm, and again next week up until Christmas Eve.

The trees will also be on display for the Mayor of Liskeard’s Candlelight Carol Service at the church on Sunday at 6pm.

The groups who have decorated trees in the church include: Liskeard Girl Guides, Caradon Amateur Geology Group, Liskeard Flower Club, Fun and Friends Junior Youth Club, Liskeard Messy Church, Eventide Residential Home, U3A, Liskeard Museum, Women’s Institute, Knit and Natter, Trefoil Guild, Children’s Hospice South West, Town Council and Liskeard Memory Cafe.
