Wherever one goes, be it the supermarket or the petrol station, everyone in our area is talking about the Knott's planning permission. We all seem to share the same feeling, it should never have happened that three planning permissions be revoked years after being granted. Someone should be made accountable for the action taken by Caradon Council and, most important, the ratepayer should NOT be made to pay for this injustice.

I feel that there should be a public inquiry into the actions of those directly involved with the revocations so at least the public may understand WHY they have to pay extra rates.
