Veteran Cornish broadcaster and founding member of Radio Cornwall Ted Gundry has died, aged 81.

Presenter Tiffany Truscott described him as ’a lovely man and a real pro’.

Radio Cornwall’s Daphne Skinnard said: ’Ted was a wonderful man, a great teacher and we always had fun. I feel honoured to have known and worked with him.’

Comedian Johnny Cowling described him simply as ’THE voice’.
