Brian Oldham will present an illustrated talk researched during his five years as a volunteer in the National Trust property.
Brian’s wide ranging talk will tell of the Agar-Robertes family, who built Lanhydrock and made the house their home over four centuries, the land sale which took place at Webb’s House in Liskeard in 1912, and a grudge match held between the Lanhydrock and Liskeard Cricket Clubs in 1929.
The talk will take place in Liskeard public hall’s Quimperle Room at 2.30pm
