The Royal Navy Submarine School held its annual Service of Remembrance yesterday morning.

Staff and trainees at the school gathered at the memorial to the unknown submariner, joined by representatives of the Submariners’ Association and other members of the silent service employed at HMS Raleigh.

Wreaths were laid by Commander Irvine Lindsay, the Officer-in-Charge of the school, the youngest submariner under training and members of the Submariners’ Association.
