AM I the only person in Liskeard who welcomes the new traffic warden? I am constantly restricted from entering my house or business, both in Liskeard, by inconsiderate people who think it is all right to just 'pop' into Modern Grates, the Chinese takeaway, jewellers or pet shop etc in Barn Street, or park on Fore Street. When I can't do a simple task like unload my shopping from my car to my front door because of the congestion, or I can't get a disabled person into my business because of the parked cars on Fore Street, it makes me mad. Stop whingeing everyone. Park where you should, then you won't get tickets and people like me won't get put upon. As for the new traffic warden, when I had this conversation with him I found him very helpful and perfectly pleasant. 'The Terminator,' get real people, he is just doing his job!
