The Environment Agency has warned that flooding is possible for ALL high tides from Wednesday morning to Friday evening inclusive.
The warning has been issued due to exceptionally high Spring Tides combined with large waves. The largest waves are expected on Friday. Tides may be marginally higher than predicted due to local weather conditions. Minor localised quayside flooding is possible at exposed locations including Fowey, Polperro, Looe and Seaton. Winds are generally expected from a Southerly direction and to remain below Force 6. People are advised to stay away from risk areas and take care next to the coast.
