Liskeard president Dave Eliot particularly thanked main sponsors Roseland Group who were represented by Mr and Mrs David Crocker.
He also thanked all who had helped run the League this season and had assisted with the dinner.
Dave Clue was con-gratulated by many speakers on receiving his MBE.
Clubs were reminded that the annual general meeting was fixed for May 30 at the Liskeard Con Club while St Germans President Arthur Tink who also thanked his officers for their efforts said that the League's AGM would be held at Menheniot on June 8 (7.30).
