Catching the waves between Downderry and Seaton on Saturday was Dan Foote, who took this stunning picture of surfers, with Looe in the background.

Dan said: 'I live in Downderry and spend a great deal of time walking along the coastal footpath with Maisy, my border collie, usually armed with my camera. I took this particular photograph because of a combination of circumstances – the light was bright for winter and there was a high swell along with an offshore wind making the surf quite high.'
