IN Division One, Hotshots visited Castoffs at Dobsons and took all six points although the home team were unlucky not to gain two points in the second half, with only three pins the difference.

Edwardians entertained Legion Misfits and although they won the first half, could not keep up with the visitors after the break and Misfits ended up the eventual winners, with four points under their belt.

Another away win at Millendreath, where Terriers beat the home team, Jets 4-2, assisted by a superb 85 pins from captain, Chris Hill, including an 18 spare. Following a drawn first-half Crickets took five of the possible six points in their match away to Hits & Misses at Sports Club.

A really tight match was seen at Pensilva Millennium Centre when Rebels and Callington drew 3-3. Finally Londoners visited Bulldogs at Duloe, taking a valuable four points, by a margin of only two pins, to place them at the top of the table.

In Division II, Sandpipers gained all six points in their match away to Legionaires, putting them on top of the table, assisted by a fine 80 from Terry Powell. Another 6-0 was seen at Callington, when Woodentops entertained Marketeers. Barley Oats looked on target for a 6-0 win against visiting Seccombes, but a drawn second half left them with a 5-1 win, assisted by a superb 85 pins from Lynda Jeffery, although this was matched by Seccombes captain, Colin Britten, including a 24 spare to match the highest so far this season.

At Treburley, Four x Fours took four valuable points from their match against Marquees. LBC Ditchers visited Hobos at Hessenford and came away with a 4-2 win to put them into second spot.

Tri-ards visited Demons at Liskeard Liberal Club, taking all six points, to put them at the top of Division III. A 6-0 win was also gained by Clementines when they visited Snooty Foxes at Morval. Rally entertained Nomads at Lanreath, winning 6-0 by a margin of 37 pins, assisted by an 86 from Paul Penhaligan and three other players scoring in excess of 70 pins.

Millers travelled to Treburley and although they won the first half, were unable match the home team after the break, allowing them to win 4-2 comfortably. Finally, at Dobson's, Madhatters took on alley-mates, Circles and at half-time Circles were up by only one pin, but they were unable to capitalise on this, eventually allowing Madhatters to win 4-2, putting them into second place in the table.

Thrashers planted themselves at the top of Division IV, with a 6-0 win against Hurlers, although the visitors could only muster seven players. Victorians travelled to Millendreath, where they took a valuable six points in their match against Warriors to put them into second spot.

Another 6-0 win was seen at Pensilva, when Breakaways took on the Cheesewringers, winning by a margin of 42 pins. Social Slammers visited Socialites at Callington taking the first half, but were unable to match the home side after the break and with a superb 72 from captain, Anne Whitmarsh, Socialites ended up the eventual winners 4-2. Finally Foreign Legion entertained Ladybirds, winning 4-2 by 20 pins.
