Over the weekend 75 bowlers competed at Bodmin for the 16 places in this weekends County Finals.
The qualifiers for the finals are Jim Ashton (Saltash), Darren Woolner (Saltash), Robert Rawlings (Dobwalls), Brian Lake (Coads Green), Stuart Hambley (Camelford), Melba Kitt (Saltash), Nigel Brent (Coads Green), Don Dymond (Coads Green), Phil Hicks (Luxulyan), Carol Ford (St Newlyn East), Bernard Sloggett (Cubert), Kath Nursey (Morwenstow), Jim Baker (Camelford), Avril Wilkinson (St Newlyn East), Derek Swaby (Wadebridge) & Chris Cawrse (Luxulyan).
Competition was very close and a few bowlers missed out on final places by a few shots.
The finals of the county Singles, Pairs, Triples and Fours will be held over this weekend at the Dragon Centre, Bodmin.
