CORNWALL turns the colours of the rainbow on Saturday (August 26), when people join in this year’s Cornwall Pride event.

Being held in Newquay, Cornwall Pride aims to celebrate the county’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.

A parade starts at 12noon from Beach Road car park, and a family-friendly Rainbow Fest takes place at the Killacourt in the afternoon.
