Banquet at 'manor'
SALTASH Liberal Democrats have organised a Medieval Banquet for tomorrow night (Saturday October 20). This will take place at Wearde Manor, otherwise Saltash Community School. Tickets are £10, to include food and drink, and all those attending are asked to take along their own knife, spoon, platter and goblet!
Scouts'
fun quiz
A FUN quiz night is to be held by the 2nd Tamar Troop Scouts next Friday (October 26) at the Rodney Inn, Saltash. Entry will be £5 for a team of four people. The prize for a winning team will be a £20 meal voucher.
Bric-a-brac
and beetles
A BRIC-a-brac sale is to be held by Saltash Heritage in St John's Hall, off Fore Street, tomorrow (October 20) at l0am. The organisation is is holding a Beetle Drive at Burraton Community Centre on October 27, starting at 7.30pm. On the same day St Barnabas League of Friends have organised a coffee morning at the hospital, beginning at l0am.
