A FARM producing award-winning cheese had a royal visitor yesterday.

There was much excitement as the Princess Royal arrived at the Cornish Cheese Company in Upton Cross to see a major extension to the dairy.

The Princess was given a tour and met local dignitaries.

The company is the maker of Cornish Blue, which won the World Cheese Awards in 2010.
