Representatives of Cornwall Blood Bikes were delighted to meet members of Liskeard and Looe Round Table, who presented them with a donation of £500.

As volunteer drivers Geoff Crocker and Rob Batten parked up the response bike on the quayside at Looe, there was soon a crowd of tourists and locals around the bike eager to find out more about the Blood Bikes charity, said spokesperson Ian Butler.

Liskeard and Looe Round Table organises several events during the year to support Cornish charities.
