Rock ’n’ roll legend Liam Gallagher will be playing at Eden during this year’s summer sessions.

Liam will make his return to Eden as a solo artist on June 26 having headlined a session with band Oasis back in 2009.

His debut solo album As You Were was released in 2017 to critical and commercial success; the album went straight to UK number one.

‘Liam Gallagher is a music icon and a rock legend,’ said Rita Broe, marketing director at Eden.

‘He has the presence, swagger and unmistakable voice to make this one of our most memorable sessions yet.’

Liam found fame as part of rock band Oasis, who became one of the most successful acts in British music history. Their second album (What’s The Story?) Morning Glory was the best selling album in the UK in the 1990s.

The Eden Sessions enter their 18th year in 2019 with Stereophonics (June 20), Nile Rodgers & CHIC (June 21), The Chemical Brothers (June 28 – sold out) and Kylie Minogue (July 2 and 3 - both sold out) the other artists confirmed for the season so far.
