Owner of Looe’s Squid Ink restaurant Adrian Woodward has been serving up £200 in regular support to the Fishermen’s Mission.
Soon after opening five months ago, he got in touch with the charity to say that he and his business would like to donate every quarter.
He said: ‘Without fishermen, we simply don’t have a business and we want to support the Fishermen’s Mission because of the work they do in terms of welfare and support for fishermen and their families.’
The Mission delivers emergency response and welfare help to active and retired fishermen and their families.
