The Cornish Times can exclusively reveal that plans to build on a site at Millendreath could be submitted to Cornwall Council within the next five months.

Espalier, which owns the land adjacent to the houses at Millendreath and the holiday village opposite has said a first phase planning application could be put forward before Christmas.

In the last three weeks the field has been topped, sparking rumours of development, with some residents wrongly believing that planning has been approved.
