A PLYMOUTH based investor has snapped up a £1million investment in the Torpoint area. Wykeham Land Limited has completed on the purchase of the freehold interest of the 8.5 acre 50,000 sq ft Rosslite Factory between Torpoint and Cawsand. The property is let to SCA Packaging Limited, part of the largest packaging company in the world, and business will continue as usual on the major industrial site. John Steven, Managing Director of the Wykeham Group, said: 'This is a major industrial property let to a highly successful blue chip company and we are delighted to be able to acquire this site in a competitive market for such blue chip investments. The purchase reaffirms our commitment to the region where we are continually looking to increase and enhance our investment portfolio.'
