A LETTER will be written to Caradon district council from Callington town council, regarding process on the Old Clink. Meeting this week, the council were asked by a Mr Stephens about what was happening as way of progress on the building. County councillor Tony Nettle said that grants were being applied for, but they were having problems at the moment. Portreeve Jeremy Gist said the council would write a letter to the district council to check on progress. Money raised MORE than £600 was raised by the recent Callington Colts football tournament. The money will be split between Callington's St John Ambulance, scouts and guides.
