THE Cougars faced a Penzance side who had only lost three games all season but, with a strong line-up, Liskeard were confident they could give their opponents a good game.

Both teams started well, with the Liskeard Cougars adapting well to yet another new line-up, but the hosts still finished the first quarter 8-6 down.
