Wheelers kept their good run going with their best win of the season. They found themselves 5-0 ahead at Wilcove Hotshots with victories from P Jones, G Nicholas, I Brown, A Waters and N Cocks with P Argrave replying for the Hotshots. Wheelers B took the last two doubles and the match 6-3.
Carbeile C found the singles hard going at home to second placed 200 Club A and trailed 4-2. A Town, S Roche, M Bowden and T Endean won for the 200 A with B Foster and B Keegan replying. Then Carbeile shocked 200 Club winning all the three doubles and the match by 5-4.
Wilcove Warriors pulled further away at the top after an 8-1 away win at bottom club 200 B. Only winner here for 200 B was Mark Lee beating the unbeaten Andy Arnold 2-1. M Humphries, R Pander, C Trick, R Bunston and B Sampson were the Warriors singles winners.
Carbeile B had their second win of the season away at Kings A 6-3. L Carroll, K Scott, A Hall and S Carroll put the Carbeile B 4-0 ahead only for I Canty and C Andrews to make it 4-2. Carbeile B taking two of the three doubles for victory.
King Pins got back to winning ways away at the Mosquito. All square here after the singles with K Harris, A Miller and N Miller winning for the King Pins with D Minors, A Welch and M Miller replying for the Mosquito. King Pins then took took all the three doubles and the match by 6-3.
Mark of Friendship move into second place after winning their local derby against the Millbrook Football Club.
All square after the singles from wins G Davies, T White and B Westwell for the Football Club with R Perrens, A Walker and J West, replying for the Mark of Friendship. Mark then lead 4-3 only for Millbrook to level at 4-4. So all down to the deciding doubles in which D Dillon, R Perrens beat Glyn Davies and Richard Colrein to win the match 5-4 to the Mark of Friendship.
