SALTASH Town Council says that it is with great pleasure that it can announce that its Acting Town Clerk, Sinead Burrows, has achieved the local Certificate in Local Council Administration known as CiLCA.

A Saltash Town Council spokesperson said: “The CiLCA qualification means that Sinead now has all pre-requisite qualifications required to be a fully-fledged Town Clerk and we are very proud of her gaining this notable achievement in local government administration.

“She completed the training in her own time during a period of significant change for Saltash Town Council with the change of administration in 2021 and the pressures of the pandemic. We commend her on her success.
