Members of the public will have the chance to quiz their prospective MPs at a series of events taking place over the coming days.

Hustings will be held at Callington Town Hall on Saturday from 1.30pm, and at Livewire in Saltash on Monday from 7.30pm (youth hustings).

South East Cornwall Extinction Rebellion will be hosting a climate change hustings at the Public Hall in Liskeard on Tuesday from 7pm.

Meanwhile candidates will be appearing on BBC Radio Cornwall’s forthcoming election debates. These will focus on the North Cornwall constituency tomorrow (Friday November 29) and on South East Cornwall on Thursday December 5. Both these programmes are set to air at 1.05pm.
