The Brexit Party has gained three of the South West’s six seats in the European Parliament following voting on Thursday.
The Liberal Democrat Party has gained two of the region’s seats and sitting Green MEP Molly Scott Cato has retained her position.
The Labour Party and the Conservatives no longer have any MEPs in the the South West.
In the country as a whole, almost a third of the votes went to Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party. Pro-Remain parties have also made great gains – and the Green Party received a greater share of the votes overall than the Conservatives.
Northern Ireland and Scotland have yet to declare their results.
Voter turnout in Cornwall, at 41.4%, was higher than the national average of 36.7%.

2. Caroline Voaden - Liberal Democrats
3. James Glancy - The Brexit Party
4. Molly Scott-Cato - Green Party
5. Christina Jordan - The Brexit Party
6. Martin Horwood - Liberal Democrats
