Cornwall councillor Andrew Long has joined protests against the council’s plans to raise car parking charges, and to extend charges after 4pm. The measure has created a storm in Liskeard.

Cllr Long said on social media today: ’If you live in the Duchy and want to object, please e-mail [email protected] by Friday.’
