Residents will be able to have their say on a new housing development during a public consultation tomorrow (Monday March 11).
At Maudlin Farm in Liskeard, Cornwall Council already has outline planning consent for 46 houses.
Now, it wants to hear local people’s views before it submits detailed plans on the design and layout of the new scheme.
The site is to the south of Lake Lane, and is set to be joined to another forthcoming new housing development by the so-called ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ - an unfinished structure which has been neglected for many years while the future of the plots either side was worked out.
The public engagement session for Cornwall Council’s development will take place between 4-7pm at the Public Hall in Liskeard.
