PLANS have been submitted to Cornwall Council for a single detached house on land to the south of Trevillis Park in Liskeard.

The two-storey, four bedroom house with detached garage would be located on the western boundary of a field below the Trevillis Park estate, in an area currently housing a shed.

The property would make use of the slope of the landscape so that the second floor would appear level with the natural top of the plot.

Access would be via a private road linking the field with the B3254 (Station Road).

The plan has been submitted by agent EJFP Planning on behalf of Andrew Lopes.

Mr Lopes has previously had four planning applications for housing schemes on land adjacent to Trevillis Park and Joan Moffat Close refused, three of which were the subject of appeals to the planning inspector.
