Other subjects covered will include rural economic development funding, youth work and community support services for people with disabilities.
It all takes place at a Liskeard and Looe Community Network Panel meeting on Thursday, September 22.
A representative from the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner will be on hand to explain the commissioner’s role, and there will be strategic updates from Cornwall councillors on the Looe Trail, the A38 meeting with the Transport Minister, and Liskeard Cattle Market.
In addition to this, the meeting will include a briefing on the Local Devolution Fund, which can be used to help local councils and organisations take on the running of services and property in the network area.
Cornwall Councillor Jim Candy, who will be chairing the meeting, said: ’The speed dating style updates will let them find out more about our work on local issues, ask questions and share their ideas.
’Everyone is welcome to join us for what should be an interesting and informative session.’
