More housing plans have been lodged for a long-discussed village site.
Launceston-based Roundchase Ltd wants to build 10 dwellings - three for social rent - on land next to Lynher Close in North Hill.
The proposal replaces an earlier scheme for 13 homes.
That plan, first submitted in 2015, drew opposition from local people and the parish council, who were concerned that it proposed too many homes and did not have enough parking space.
The new scheme, say the applicants, ‘seeks to reduce the number of dwellings, and to increase the amount of parking available to each new dwelling’.
The affordable element of the new 10-home proposal comprises one two-bedroomed house and two one-bedroomed flats.
There are two three-bedroomed bungalows, three four-bedroomed detached houses and two three- or four-bedroomed semi-detached homes making up the rest of the scheme.
The application was lodged with Cornwall planners last week and has not yet been commented upon by the parish council.
