Cornwall Council’s cabinet has approved the first phase of the Council’s direct delivery housing programme.
The ambition is to build 1,000 homes by 2020/21 across key towns in Cornwall.
This first phase is for the construction of 113 homes on two sites at Tolvaddon and Bodmin, representing an investment of £20m.
The cabinet also authorised work to identify and acquire more land to expand the programme.
