A PLAN to build five new homes on the northern edge of Dobwalls has been approved in outline form.

The homes would be built at Havett View, on a site adjoining the A38 dual carriageway. The land has already been assessed as an ‘infill’ plot for development, says the agent, Situ8 Planning Consultancy.
