Outline plans to build up to ten houses on land adjacent to Kensey on Haye Road, Callington have been submitted to Cornwall Council.

The 0.78 hectares of domestic and agricultural land is owned by the applicant, Mrs Rickard-Lawrence. A two storey stone barn would be removed to make way for the development. Each of the ten properties would have at least two car parking spaces and the proposed units would provide detached family homes finished in slate and stone.
