Customers at Liskeard’s ‘Pets at Home’ store can help raise money for abandoned animals.
Support Adoption For Pets has launched a Charity of the Year initiative which sees rescue centres across the UK building relationships with local Pets at Home stores, to work together in raising £500,000 for rescued animals.
Pets at Home Liskeard will be raising money for the Wingletang Rescue and Rehoming Centre for Dogs and Cats in Tavistock.
Michael Honey, store manager at Pets at Home Liskeard said: ‘We hope the people of Liskeard will get involved and support us on our fundraising mission. We have ambitious goals for our summer fundraising appeal, and every donation will help a rescue pet in need.’
