Plans to build 450 new homes and community facilities in Liskeard have been submitted to Cornwall Council.

Persimmon Homes South West has proposed to build a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes, with a proportion of affordable housing, on a site in Addington.

There are also plans to build a community centre or village hall on the land and further land will be set aside to create playing fields.
