A new community group, aimed at getting people from the Torpoint and the Rame Peninsula out and about was launched on Friday, September 24. Reach Out aims to improve the quality of life for people from Torpoint and the Rame Peninsula with trips around Cornwall and Devon. Activities will involve arts and culture, organised talks, and the chance to enjoy learning. Future events include a trip to St Ives and the Tate, walks on Dartmoor and at Mount Edgcumbe, a talk on health and well being with a swim, and a Christmas lunch.
