The mother of a Torpoint soldier killed in Afghanistan is planning a parachute jump to raise money in his memory.
Former Torpoint Community College pupil Sam Bassett died aged 20 on Remembrance Sunday in an explosion in northern Helmand.
Now his mother, Coline Bassett, has started a campaign to try to raise £10,000 for The Rifles Charity, in honour of her son's regiment.
