AN elderly man who went missing from a nursing home near Polbathic, Torpoint, has been found. Laurence Edwards had only recently been moved into the home, and was reported as missing late on Monday evening, when nurses reported his disappearance. The Cornwall and Dartmoor Rescue Groups were called out to search for 77-year-old Mr Edwards, while the RAF also provided a search and rescue helicopter. However, at 9.10am on Tuesday, a local farmer reported that Mr Edwards was sat in his field.
