A new Methodist Minister for the Saltash Circuit was welcomed at Saltash Wesley Church in a special service last Friday evening. Rev Robert Hurley, from Tipton, the Midlands, and his wife, Amanda, were welcomed by Rev Ian Souter, superintendent Methodist Minister, and members of the congregations of the Methodist Churches in the circuit, and Clergy from Saltash Anglican Churches of St Nicholas and St Faith, St Stephen by Saltash, and Saltash Baptist Church. Lessons were read by Kat Allwright, circuit youth worker, and David Ashfield, circuit steward of Tipton. There was also a gospel reading by Helen Burke, circuit steward.
