xA disappointing match after last week's inspiring games. The teams appeared well matched in size but Lisk/Looe let Penzance run rings around them. Poor tackling, support play and a lack of commitment led to their defeat.
Stuart Gundry and Josh Bryant made efforts to go forward but lacked support. Daniel Watt scored Liskeard's tries and was awarded the man of the match for his tries and excellent efforts in tackling.
Liskeard coach gave the side extra training and has said that it will be back to basics, more practising tackles, passing the ball and supporting other players.
